Basic Return Policy

- A service charge of $50.00 will be applied to each returned check.

- Cabinets are not returnable or restocking charge may be applied. Please see the following details for more information.

- Merchandise has to be returned with 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in good and resalable condition with original package. All return items are subject for inspection; we reserved the right to refuse any damage or used items.

- Original receipt or invoice is required for any return or exchange.

- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Payment over $500.00 in cash will be refunded with a check in the mail. Check will mail out 7-10 business days.

- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS-**ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR ORDER CANCELLATION**

Return or Exchange Detail Policy (STOCK ITEMS)

IN STOCK - KITCHEN & BATH CABINET

Cancellation: 10% of the order amount to Maximum of $500 Cancellation Fee will be applied to ALL cabinet cancel order

Returnable cabinets - (subject to restocking charge***)
*UNOPEN box Knocked Down (KD) cabinets subject to inspection and a 10% restocking charge

*Assembled cabinet by Aqualife International Inc. assembly department subject to return inspection and a 35% restocking charge

Customers are required to bring cabinets back along with original invoice for return processing

Non returnable/exchangeable cabinets: All assembled by customer/installed or damage cabinets are not returnable. Due to natural wood product, natural grain and bird eye items are non-exchangeable.

Manufacture defective cabinet: Aqualife International Inc. will exchange or replace any manufacturer defective or missing parts within 14 days after purchase at no additional cost.

KITCHEN MEASUREMENT & DESIGN

* Designs provided by Aqualife International Inc. are based on measurements submitted by the customer. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and information. We recommend that you or your installer measure and check your design before you order. Make sure your order is correct by checking and double-checking the measurement and the order. AQUALIFE INTERNATIONAL INC. WILL ASSIST YOU ONLY AS ADVISORY; IT IS YOU THAT HAVE TO MAKE SURE DESIGN AND MEASUREMENT IS CORRECT.

*** Any product that is not mentioned above will be able to receive full refund within 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. ***

WILL CALL POLICY

Will call hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sat: 10:00 am - 4:00pm. In order to expedite or service, please give us 24 hours in advance to prepare your order. Before arriving, please contact us at @ 786-542-5491.

STORAGE FEE

If merchandises are not picked up within 7 days after purchased, storage fee will be charged. KD orders: $15.00 per day; Assemble orders: $25.00 per day.

IMPORTANT!!!

Please kindly make sure your order and quantities are complete before leaving our warehouse. We will not be liable on any missing items after you leave our warehouse.
